The Person

• Previous experience managing your own residential property portfolio
• Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Experience using Console Cloud or similar property management software
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence

The Role

• End-to-end management of a residential portfolio of circa 200 properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, notices, and compliance requirements
• Coordinating maintenance requests and overseeing repairs
• Managing arrears and tenancy matters
• Handling tribunal preparation and attendance where required
• Providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication
• Maintaining accurate records and notes using property management software
• Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and agency standards
