As a Personal Banking Advisor or Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
We have multiple roles available with shifts varying from 34.5 to 38 hours per weeks, and you must be able to work every Saturday.
What do I need?
No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
