Skills & experience

You will be a banking & insolvency litigation lawyer at the 3-5 year level who would like to regularly act for financial institutions and insolvency practitioners in relation to financial exposures across many industries.

Your role

Will see you work with a pre-eminent insolvency partner who spent some 5 years in an international law firm in London and has vast international and cross-border insolvency and dispute resolution experience covering the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.    

Regularly advise and act for voluntary administrators, receivers, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy, secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of the insolvency and restructuring process.
