The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lawyer, to join our dynamic team based in our Sydney CBD office, in our plaintiff personal injury practice, with an emphasis on abuse claims.
Key responsibilities will include:
Direct liaison with clients and providing accurate and timely advice
Preparing Court documents/orders and general correspondence
Managing high volume files and matters with occasional supervision
Attending court, dispute resolution and settlements
Legal research
Successful candidates will have:
A valid Practising Certificate
At least 1-2 years PQE
Understanding of personal injury and abuse matters and processes
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle matters with sensitivity
Strong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
