We're partnering with a highly regarded property group to appoint an Assistant Commercial Property Manager into their growing Property & Asset Management team based in South Sydney, or Sydney CBD.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone early in their career to move beyond admin and into real commercial exposure, working alongside experienced Property Managers and directly supporting the performance of a diverse portfolio. The position sits within a broader team that includes Facilities, Operations, and Finance.

The Opportunity

You'll play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio on behalf of a government client, gaining exposure across:

Lease administration and documentation
Tenant and stakeholder communication
Financial reporting and rent processes
Property inspections and maintenance coordination
Systems management (MRI)
Reviewing leases
Undeerstanding sundry credits, audits

You won't be siloed, you'll be embedded in the team, learning how high-performing portfolios are actually run.

What We're Looking For

Experience in commercial property, or real estate support
Great communicator who operates with transparency
Strong attention to detail (this role lives or dies on accuracy)
Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Confident communicator with a professional approach
NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence (or working towards it)
