Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with opening accounts, managing finances and providing guidance on West Pacific products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a variety of daily tasks.
  • Work shifts covering 36 hours across Monday to Friday.
Qualifications

To succeed, you should thrive in a dynamic environment, have proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets, possess strong communication, time‑management skills, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships. Willingness to learn and grow professionally is essential.
