Stone Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a dynamic, high-performing Principal within our fast-paced Lower North Shore office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast pace environment , enjoys being one step ahead, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support and client service. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy sales business, ensuring listings, marketing campaigns, and client communications are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing property listings and coordinating campaigns ready to go live

· Managing marketing schedules and advertising deadlines

· Client liaison and communication throughout the sales process

· Providing high-level administrative support to the principal

· Assisting with database management and general office coordination

· Ensuring all compliance and documentation is completed accurately and on time

About You

· Previous real estate experience is essential

· Proven experience supporting a high-performing sales agent or Principal

· Exceptional organisational and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

· Professional presentation and outstanding communication skills
