Perigon Group is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales and Marketing, providing commercial insights that drive profitability, pricing strategy and business growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in evaluating commercial opportunities, supporting contract negotiations, improving margins and delivering strategic financial analysis across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial modelling and profitability analysis for existing and prospective customers
Partner with Sales teams to evaluate commercial opportunities and support key business decisions
Review and assess customer contracts from both a commercial and financial perspective
Manage approval processes for new and renewed commercial agreements
Drive pricing initiatives, including price increase tracking, reporting and performance analysis
Identify margin improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance profitability
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to monitor and deliver innovation and growth initiatives
Deliver customer, product and divisional profitability reporting and insights
Prepare business reviews and presentations for senior leadership teams
Support commercial decision-making through detailed financial analysis and performance reporting
Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements and financial policies

About You

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
CPA or CA qualification or equivalent
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Proven experience in commercial finance, business partnering or FP&A environments
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience supporting pricing, margin analysis, tenders, contracts or commercial negotiations
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Operations
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences

$140k - $160k + Super (dependent on experience)
