Commercial Analyst

This role offers a unique blend of finance, pricing, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to support business performance and profitability.

You'll play a key role in managing commercial incentives, pricing governance and reporting, while helping drive process improvements across the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts and commercial agreements
• Oversee incentive, rebate and accrual processes, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
• Support pricing governance through analysis and review of pricing requests
• Prepare and distribute regular pricing, margin and commercial performance reports
• Maintain and enhance Power BI reporting and dashboards
• Partner with Sales, Finance and operational teams to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
• Assist with SOX compliance, internal controls and audit requirements
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and standardisation

About You

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is advantageous
• Power BI experience will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or similar role
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets

• $100k - $120k + Super (dependent on experience)
• Lower North Shore location with onsite parking available
