Redirect Recycling, a Borg Company, conducts waste management from collection and transport to treatment of materials from single sources, with the aim to produce new products from resources back into all different marketplaces. Redirect Recycling’s mission is to encourage effective and efficient waste management at the source, making resource recovery the key driver in sustainable businesses we serve.

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team based at our Ingleburn facility on day shift which runs from 6.30am to 2.36pm.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment whilst maintaining housekeeping standards

• Inspecting customer loads for contamination and removal 

• Greeting incoming customers and ensuring they follow procedures

• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous Loader and/or Excavator experience  

• Experience within the transport, waste, recycling or similar industry (an advantage)  

• A current driver’s licence

• Good communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
