Flannerys Mona Vale are on the lookout for a passionate and hard-working Inventory Assistant to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis - commencing in June, 2026.
This role will be on a permanent full-time arrangement - working on a Monday to Friday basis.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, inventory levels are accurate, and our store runs efficiently to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We're looking for someone who has/can:
Ensure accurate receiving of incoming deliveries
Ensure all receiving records and paperwork are accurately logged and sent for processing
Process incoming deliveries digitally to ensure accuracy against purchase orders
Identify stock needing to be claimed according to company processes
Adhere to cold chain protocols for incoming deliveries
Adhere to housekeeping and organisational standards in the stockroom
Prepare incoming stock and backstock for filling to the floor
Supervise a small team some days who assist with the above
Monitor and adhere to safety protocols and report breaches to the SM or ASM
Ensure storage areas are clean, safe, and well-organised
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
Positive and teachable attitude
Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
Flexibility in working arrangements
Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
