This role will be on a permanent full-time arrangement - working on a Monday to Friday basis.

If you love being active, moving things around, and would love variety (and the ability to always be moving), this could be just the role for you! This role plays a key part in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, inventory levels are accurate, and our store runs efficiently to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Who are we and why choose us?

At Flannerys we provide products that support the world's highest valued commodity, one's health! We are immensely proud to be one of Australia's leading natural organic food stores and wholefoods markets - with a network of 13 stores across the east coast of Australia - serving our incredible customers and communities since 1973.

We are strong advocates for people to live their best life - and that includes our employees too! We're talking wellness days, incredible staff discounts, competitive pay rates + a whole heap more.

This role will suit an all-rounder with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of an amazing team.

We're looking for someone who has/can:

  • Ensure accurate receiving of incoming deliveries

  • Ensure all receiving records and paperwork are accurately logged and sent for processing

  • Process incoming deliveries digitally to ensure accuracy against purchase orders

  • Identify stock needing to be claimed according to company processes

  • Adhere to cold chain protocols for incoming deliveries

  • Adhere to housekeeping and organisational standards in the stockroom

  • Prepare incoming stock and backstock for filling to the floor

  • Supervise a small team some days who assist with the above

  • Monitor and adhere to safety protocols and report breaches to the SM or ASM

  • Ensure storage areas are clean, safe, and well-organised

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments

  • Positive and teachable attitude

  • Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)

  • Flexibility in working arrangements

  • Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)

In return we will provide:

  • Competitive hourly rate (38 hours per week)

  • Growing company with a range of career opportunities

  • Fun and positive work environment

  • Learning and development culture where you will always be growing

  • Incredible employee benefits, including staff discounts on our amazing products + wellness days
