About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Interiors business at our Ingleburn manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the site's end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, operational performance and continuous improvement across four production lines that manufacture premium acoustic and decorative panel products for both domestic and export markets.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for site performance, people leadership, operational excellence and the ongoing implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices as part of the Saint-Gobain network.
