We are looking for people who take pride in craftsmanship, value precision, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative workshop environment delivering quality bespoke work.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Wood Machinist

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production plans
• Work with hardwoods, veneers, and engineered timber products
• Ensure high accuracy and quality control of finished components
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Cabinet Maker

• Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and furniture to high standards
• Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and specifications
• Work with a range of materials including solid timber and veneers
• Carry out precise cutting, fitting, and finishing work
• Ensure all work meets premium quality and finish standards

French Polisher

• Prepare and finish high-end timber surfaces to luxury standards
• Apply traditional and modern polishing techniques including staining, sealing, and lacquering
• Repair, restore, and refine timber surfaces and furniture pieces
• Achieve flawless finishes on bespoke furniture and joinery products
• Maintain high attention to detail across all finishing work

About You

• Proven experience in your trade (CNC machining, cabinet making, or French polishing)
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable, motivated, and proud of your workmanship
• Experience working in bespoke, high-end, or custom furniture environments highly regarded
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes
