The OpportunityWe’re searching for a Marketing Manager to drive high‑level strategy, strengthen our brand, and lead major cross‑channel initiatives that support long‑term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading one direct report, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Be DoingMarketing Strategy — Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, lead integrated campaigns, and ensure strong brand positioning.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing — Own segmentation, automation, onboarding, retention, win‑back and loyalty programs. Oversee CRM platforms and data quality.
Social & Digital Management — Develop channel strategies, manage content calendars, oversee community engagement, and coordinate paid social.
Reporting & Insights — Deliver dashboards, analyse performance, track KPIs, and support forecasting.
Stakeholder Collaboration — Partner with sales, product, service teams, and external agencies.
Internal Communication & Training — Create briefs, share updates, document best practices, and support adoption of new tools.
Professional Development — Stay across CRM, digital and social trends and build capability for future growth.
Compliance & WHS — Uphold privacy, data, and regulatory standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced analytical capability and high attention to detail
Experience managing CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing
Solid brand and general marketing background
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable
2–4+ years in a marketing manager or similar role
Experience leading a team
Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred)
