We're now looking for an experienced and people-centred Communications Director to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we communicate, connect and engage with our people across Australia during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This role is based in Sydney and offers genuine flexibility, including hybrid working arrangements and the option to work either full-time or 4 days per week (0.8 FTE).
About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll lead GenesisCare's internal communications strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver clear, engaging and meaningful communication that connects our people to our purpose and priorities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery, from executive communications and organisational change initiatives through to townhalls, leadership messaging and employee engagement activities.
You'll play a trusted advisory role to senior leaders, helping translate complex information into authentic, people-focused communication that builds alignment, trust and connection across the organisation.
We'd also love to hear from candidates with broader experience across corporate affairs, media or stakeholder communications, as there is the opportunity for this position to oversee the PR function.
