Beautopia is one of Australia's leading professional hair and beauty wholesalers, supplying salons, beauty professionals and industry specialists with the brands they trust.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Education & Activation Executive to ensure our brands are represented consistently and effectively across our store network.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in stores, working with people and driving results. You'll be responsible for educating teams, supporting product launches, maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring our own brands are front of mind with both staff and customers.

If you're passionate about beauty, retail environments, training, merchandising and creating exceptional in-store experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This role sits between Marketing, Sales and Store Operations and is responsible for bringing our brand activity to life at store level.

You will work directly with store teams to improve product knowledge, strengthen product recommendations, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure new product launches are executed successfully.

You'll spend time on the road visiting stores, building relationships with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing valuable feedback to the business.

This role is not responsible for creating marketing campaigns or developing brand strategy. Instead, you'll ensure those initiatives are executed consistently and effectively across our store network.

You'll bring:

  • Confidence delivering training to individuals and small groups

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • A proactive, hands-on approach
