Operations Administrator

Are you a task oriented, admin generalist with experience in sales support for trades based businesses?
Do you think variety is the spice of life? This is the role for you.

Role Summary:

The Sales & Project Support role is a critical position for this longstanding business to ensure efficient handover of projects from the Sales and Estimating team to the Projects team with responsibilities that support the planning and delivery of projects in the facilities management and construction space.

Including:

Assisting with initial enquiries and setting up projects for estimating
Managing documentation and processing approvals
Supplier management, ordering and invoice processing
Recording all client interactions in the CRM and Project Management systems
Some asset and fleet management to support project delivery
General administrative support for all roles in the sales, estimating, projects and accounts teams.

Skills Required:

Experience in sales/project admin and/or general admin roles
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/project management software ideal
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written for thorough record keeping and note-taking
Strong ability to multitask and work with various stakeholders
Ability to establish rapport with clients and build relationships
Be a team player

Our Offer: 

Full-time office based (Monday – Friday) 9am-5pm or 8:30am-4:30pm
