We’re looking for an HSE Advisor to join our Energy & Power team, supporting a range of major infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will see you working closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture, provide hands-on support across project sites, and help ensure compliance with HSE standards and legislation. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in wind, solar and broader energy infrastructure, while continuing to develop your HSE capability.

Key responsibilities: #LI-KH1

Provide Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) support to project teams across ANZ
Support site activities including audits, inspections and safety walks
Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, standards and client requirements
Assist with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions
Support development and improvement of HSE management plans and documentation
Coach and mentor project teams on HSE practices and field work packs
Contribute to a positive safety culture across projects and teams

Here's what you'll need

Background in HSE within construction, infrastructure or energy projects
Understanding of Australian HSE legislation and compliance requirements
Experience with audits, inspections and safety management systems
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Relevant qualifications or certifications in Health & Safety
