Operations Supervisor – St Marys, NSW

Joyce Krane Australia are a national supplier of quality crane services to many of Australia’s major industries and are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to support its Sydney operations.

Based in St Marys, NSW the role will suit a ‘hands on’ person who can demonstrate the technical skills and experience required to supervise a crane fleet and all its associated activities. Daily activities will include but not be limited to.

·         Supervising the daily St Mary’s operations and logistical activities

·         Conducting site evaluation visits

It is also envisaged the successful candidate will have.

·         C6 / C1 / CO Crane Operator Qualifications

·         Dogman / Rigger Qualifications

·         HC / MC Driver Qualifications

·         NSW Driver’s Licence

·         Sydney Metro resident (preferred)

·         Experience of working around and operating cranes that have lifting capacities up to 150T (larger cranes advantageous but not essential)

·         Ability to work well in a team environment whilst supporting and encouraging others

·         Can do attitude with the strength to help train and mentor  

·         Minimum of three years supervising in a logistical support environment (preferred not essential)

·         Minimum of ten years’ experience of working with cranes (preferred but not required)

·         Excellent organisational and communication skills. (Employees & Clients)

·         Sound computer skills

·         Experience of assisting the sales process will be advantageous

·         Ability to remain focused when working under pressure.
