Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and scale our Australia & New Zealand operations.

About You

• Previous experience in operations management, customer service, workshop operations, or a related leadership role.
• Jewellery industry experience highly regarded; diamond knowledge advantageous.
• Experience managing domestic and international shipping processes.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee end-to-end operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of 3 employees, with plans to grow the team to 10 over the next two years.

• Lead daily operations across workshop, repairs, dispatch, inventory, refunds, replacements, and customer resolutions.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, KPI management, and performance reporting.
• Oversee jewellery repair and aftercare services, ensuring premium quality standards and turnaround times.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and regular stocktakes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams to optimise business performance.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Act as the escalation point for complex operational and customer issues.
