Our mantra, Made From Good, speaks not only to the ingredients that go into our products, but to the way we do business, support our team, and show up every day.Following significant growth over the past 12 months, we're looking for a capable and organised Sales & Office Coordinator to join our team and help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.This is a part-time role of approximately 20–25 hours per week. This position may suit someone seeking school-friendly hours, however we are flexible on how those hours are structured and are happy to discuss arrangements that work for the right candidate. The RoleThis is a varied role that sits at the centre of our business operations.You'll provide support across sales administration, retailer systems, customer service, office coordination and logistics administration, helping ensure our team, customers and retail partners receive outstanding support.You'll work closely with our sales team, company accountant and small manufacturing team, becoming a trusted part of the day-to-day running of the business. This role sits at the centre of Wallaby's operations and offers broad exposure across sales, finance, logistics and administration.One moment you might be updating a Woolworths portal, the next coordinating CHEP pallet movements, assisting with retailer paperwork, preparing reports or helping solve day-to-day operational challenges.If you enjoy variety, love being organised and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, you'll thrive in this role.Key Responsibilities• Contributing to retailer administration across Woolworths, Coles and other customer portals• Preparing and maintaining new line forms, product submissions and customer documentation• Assisting with data entry and maintaining customer records• Managing the company's CHEP account, including transfers, reconciliations and pallet movements• Supporting customer service and responding to general customer enquiries• Assisting with inventory, logistics and operational administration• Coordinating general office administration and day-to-day business support tasks• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow About YouYou are a highly organised person who enjoys bringing order to complexity and takes pride in getting the details right.You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks concurrently, enjoy working across different parts of a business, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed. Most importantly, you're proactive, reliable and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.You'll likely bring:• 3–5 years' experience in administration, sales support, office coordination or a similar role• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail• Confidence working across spreadsheets, systems and online portals• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and building strong working relationships across the business• FMCG, retail or food industry experience would be highly regarded, but is not essentialWhy Join Wallaby?We're small but mighty.As a close-knit team, we work collaboratively, support one another and genuinely enjoy what we do.
