This is a full-time position and includes weekend work as part of a set roster.

General Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product knowledge, fitting, and purchases.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with stock movements, including unpacking deliveries, replenishing shelves, and maintaining stockroom organisation.

  • Support stocktake activities to ensure accurate inventory management.

  • Maintain store presentation through merchandising, displays, and general cleaning duties.

  • Assist in garment decoration (embroidery, printing, or heat transfer) as required.

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance.

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
