About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate daily building maintenance, ensuring all systems are functioning (HVAC, M&E, fire services, etc)

  • Manage PPM schedules and support PPM and adhoc maintenance making sure there is no disruption to business operations

  • Manage contractors – assist with site inductions, PTW, onboarding and making sure vendors’ performance meets compliance requirements and KPI

  • Review RAMS and quotes (including PO and invoices)

  • Support HSE practices including inspections, audits, raising good catch, hazards, incident reports and maintain

  • Support the annual risk site assessment

  • Assist with all requests/issues raised by users and promptly action as required

  • Coordinate with cleaning, reception, catering when any work happens that may impact operations

  • Assist with record keeping and reporting

  • Maintain a strong relationship and communicate well with the client

  • Maintain a high level of customer service performance

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
