As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join our team and oversee a well-maintained portfolio.

The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Preparing lease files and coordinating lease signings

• Attending tribunal hearings as required

• Providing proactive communication and support to landlords and tenants

• No routine inspections

• No maintenance

• No arrears

• No trust accounting

• Monday to Friday (No Saturdays)

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management

• A current Certificate of Registration

• A current driver’s licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional presentation and a client-first mindset

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A motivated, reliable, and ethical approach to work
