Retail Sales / Store Manager

OSMEN is a leading outdoor furniture retailer seeking an experienced casual, part-time /Full-Time Retail Sales /Store Manager to work across our Sydney showroom locations. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused leader who enjoys working with premium products in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example on the showroom floor, driving sales performance while managing daily store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets

· Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised product advice

· Lead, motivate, and support store staff to maximise sales results

· Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures

· Maintain high visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards

· Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control

· Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and after-sales support

· Complete sales reporting and administrative duties as required

· Work across multiple Sydney locations when needed

About You

· Proven experience in retail sales and store management (furniture, homewares, or lifestyle retail highly regarded)

· Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, sales-driven approach

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident in closing sales and coaching others to succeed

· Highly organised with strong time management skills

· Professional presentation and a positive attitude

· Available to work weekends and public holidays

· Ability to travel between Sydney locations
