Creative Marketing & Property Concierge - Real Estate

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for property, styling, and creating engaging content?

We are seeking a highly organised and creative individual to join a growing real estate team in a unique client-facing role that blends property, marketing, and content creation.

This is not your typical real estate position - you will act as a property concierge, working closely with vendors and the sales team to help prepare properties for market and showcase them at their absolute best.

About the Role:

• Meet with clients face-to-face to provide guidance on styling and preparing their property for sale
• Assist with coordinating property presentation, styling, and pre-sale preparation
• Capture and create before & after renovation/property transformation content
• Develop engaging video content for social media platforms
• Attend professional photography and videography shoots
• Support the marketing process to ensure properties are positioned effectively for sale
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life

About You:

• Previous experience in real estate marketing, preferably within a sales agency environment
• Strong understanding of property campaigns, listings, photography, social media, and vendor expectations
• Confident engaging with clients and building relationships
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail and presentation
• Comfortable being hands-on, attending properties, and creating content
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
