An exciting opportunity has become available for a Casual Mall Leasing Executive to join a well-established property group and play a key role in driving revenue, activating retail spaces and introducing exciting brands and experiences to a thriving shopping centre.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving casual mall leasing revenue and achieving budget targets
• Sourcing and securing new pop-up retailers, brands and promotional partners
• Building strong relationships with retailers, community groups and event organisers
• Managing casual mall leasing enquiries, bookings and licence agreements
• Identifying new income-generating opportunities across the centre
• Collaborating closely with centre management, marketing and operations teams
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maximise leasing outcomes
• Ensuring a high standard of presentation across all casual leasing activations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail leasing, shopping centre management, sponsorship, sales or business development
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A proactive and commercially focused mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience working within a retail, property or customer-facing environment
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting brands with customers
