Assistant Commercial Property Manager | South West

Kickstart or continue your commercial property management career with this fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team. Perfect for someone with residential property management experience looking to transition into commercial, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role

• Provide day-to-day support to three experienced Asset Managers across an industrial property portfolio.
• Coordinate trades, maintenance requests, work orders, and general property administration.
• Respond to tenant enquiries and liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and strata.
• Assist with organising and overseeing property repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Support tenant vacates and make-good processes.
• Manage daily emails, phone enquiries, and provide general administrative assistance as required.

• Previous experience in residential property management or a similar property-related role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn commercial property management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Monday to Friday role – enjoy your weekends.
