We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead Emmaus Village (64 beds) into its next chapter. This is an opportunity for a values led leader who is motivated by purpose, people, and quality.
As Residential Manager, you will have full operational and clinical leadership of the home, supported by a well-established structure that allows you to focus on what matters most - your people, your residents and the quality of care. You will cultivate a culture where residents feel safe and known, employees feel valued and supported, and continuous improvement is embedded in everyday practice.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 7 day Care Manager coverage, an Administration Manager, Chef Manager and Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care and Maintenance, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.
