Retail Manager – SANA MEDITERRANEAN

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super

Employment Type: Full-time

SANA MEDITERRANEAN is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily

retail operations and support the continued growth of our health and wellness business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a proactive professional with strong retail management

experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-

paced environment.

SANA MEDITERRANEAN is an Australian-owned business specialising in premium health, wellness,

collagen, and nutrition-focused products designed to support wellbeing and healthy living.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow

• Lead, supervise, train, and roster retail staff

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and ensure timely replenishment

• Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally

• Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to maximise sales performance

• Monitor sales targets, budgets, and store performance reporting

• Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety

standards

• Support marketing and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness

• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma of Business or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant industry experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Proven ability to manage staff, sales performance, and operational targets

• Experience in stock control, POS systems, and retail reporting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

• Passion for health, wellness, and customer engagement will be highly regarded
