Vodafone Retail Store Manager

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join the Air Voice Group, which owns and operates a network of Vodafone retail stores across New South Wales. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Consultants and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of your store location. This is a hands-on managerial role that will see you directly contributing to the growth and success of the Vodafone brand in the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting

• Driving sales and customer service excellence to exceed key performance targets

• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience

• Fostering a positive, productive, and engaged team culture

• Providing hands-on training and coaching to customer service consultants

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborating with the regional management team to identify opportunities for store growth and improvement

• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams to achieve sales and customer service targets

• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

• Excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of delivering an exceptional in-store experience

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and regional management

• Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment
