We’re now looking for a mature, hands-on Venue Manager to lead our venues and lead our team for growth. We are growing and we need someone to make all sites operationally efficient before our next venue opens.

The Role

This is a highly operational leadership role for someone who likes being on the floor, close to the team and connected to the guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the group, leading the team, maintaining service standards, managing priorities and creating a calm, professional environment — even when it’s busy.

You will oversee and support the following areas:

·         Leading the team on the floor

·         Managing daily venue operations and service flow

·         Driving premium guest experience and service standards

·         Supporting front-of-house teams and therapists

·         Managing rostering and labour through Deputy

·         Building strong relationships with regular guests and the local community

·         Maintaining venue presentation, standards and accountability

·         Helping drive business performance, team culture and local growth

About You

We’re looking for someone exceptional at leading people and running a business.

You may currently be a Restaurant Manager /Café Manager /Venue Manager /Hospitality Operations Leader /Assistant General Manager
