Store Manager

A unique opportunity has become available to join Dinosaur Designs, as the Manager of our iconic Paddington Sydney store. This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional retail leader to play a valuable role in the retail space of our company.

For over four decades, Dinosaur Designs has been creating contemporary Australian jewellery, homewares and objects that celebrate artistry, colour, craftsmanship and individuality. This is an exciting role for an experienced retail leader with a proven ability to exceed sales targets, build meaningful customer relationships, develop and lead high-performing teams, while maintaining a high-level of store presentation and an exceptional retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team through positive, hands-on leadership.
• Train, develop and mentor the team, discovering growth opportunities and ensuring they’re meeting their full potential.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, inventory, reporting, cash handling and administration.
• Build upon and maintain the foundations of Paddington’s welcoming, engaging and service-driven store environment.
• Curate and maintain store displays to a high standard, in line with company guidelines.
• Partner with the brand’s wider management and marketing teams to discover growth opportunities, and create store-related social media content to expand our online presence.
• Drive store performance while nurturing a positive, collaborative team culture.

This role requires full-time availability, including one weekend day and some public holidays.
