Retail Store Manager

Currently we have a vacancy for a Store Manager position at our Wingham Cellarbrations Store. As Store Manager you will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the store through:

a) management and development of staff to deliver a high level of customer service

b) maximising the profitability and viability of the store

c) management of WHS standards

Essential Selection Criteria

· Demonstrated ability to manage people effectively

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service position

· Effective written and oral communication skills

· Proven ability to coach staff ‘on the job’

· Intermediate computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)

· Ability to lift medium to heavy weights for a period of time

· Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification

· Driver’s Licence (current)

· Australian Permanent Residency

Desirable Selection Criteria

· Experience in a similar role in the liquor industry

· Liquor product knowledge

· Forklift Licence

· Willingness to under Police Check
