About the business
With recent internal promotions and the addition of extra new vehicle franchises Alto Blacktown is seeking sales management personnel for our new vehicle sales divisions. Spanning a variety of new vehicle brands there are positions available in both sales management and assistant management roles. These roles are available within well established brands and have high income earning potential for the right candidate. Within this full-time position you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing staff, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service whist achieving sales targets as set out by senior management.
What you'll be doing
Achieving sales targets and KPI's as set out by the dealership and the OEM
Leading by example, coaching your salespeople to achieve their targets and helping them be the best they can be
Provide hands-on sales support and guidance to the team, including overseeing test drives and closing deals
Foster a positive, customer-focused culture within the sales team
Improving your skill set on a daily basis with mentoring from senior management
Being part of a team with a fun friendly working environment
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (3+ years) in new vehicle sales or management within the automotive industry
Proven track record of sales ability and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with the new vehicle sales environment within a high performing dealership
Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
