Team Leader Cleaning + Cleaners

We are seeking meticulous and dedicated luxury holiday home cleaners to maintain our high-end holiday property portfolio to exceeding standards.

The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to ensure every guest enjoys a pristine, luxurious and welcoming environment.

This role involves;

• Full cleaning and bed making following a guest departure

• Restocking sundries

• Reporting any maintenance issues to ensure each property remains in impeccable condition

• Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and furnishings are in perfect working order and spotless.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

• Work efficiently to prepare the property for guest arrivals, often within tight turnaround times.

Requirements:

• Your own insurances

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless standard of cleanliness.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Excellent communication skills to report issues and interact professionally with management.

• Well presented, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest turnover.

Desirable Qualities:

• A positive attitude and pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Familiarity with luxury standards and guest expectations in high-end holiday accommodation.
