This year, Truracks Western Towbars & Bullbars proudly celebrates 32 years servicing the Penrith and Lower Blue Mountains region. We’re a locally owned and operated business known for our quality workmanship, trusted brands, and genuine customer service.
We’re a premium Ironman 4x4 dealer and also proud partners of Hayman Reese, Rhino Rack, Alu-Cab, Uniden, Ultra-Vision, Enerdrive/Redarc, and Matra Exhaust. From bullbars and roof racks to suspension, trays, 12V systems, canopies, and towbars – we do it all.
We’re on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong sales experience and leadership skills, capable of running daily operations, managing workflow, and driving sales and workshop efficiency.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Every 2nd Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online
Provide expert advice across our full range of 4x4 accessories and vehicle upgrades
Prepare accurate quotes, orders, and invoices using MYOB and CRM tools
Liaise with dealerships, suppliers, and workshop technicians to ensure timely job completion
Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow, and customer deadlines
Maintain showroom presentation and stock displays
Contribute to social media content and promotions (no experience necessary – just enthusiasm!)
1+ years’ experience in 4x4, automotive, or aftermarket accessory sales
Proven ability to manage workflow and communicate effectively with both customers and team members
Strong knowledge of 4x4 products, accessories, and vehicle setups
Excellent customer service and sales skills
High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
Computer proficiency (MYOB, Excel, CRM systems)
Current Australian driver’s licence
Australian citizen or permanent resident
