We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist/Clinic Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and to help manage the daily operations of our clinic.

As the Receptionist/Clinic Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, confident, and adaptable, with an understanding of small business dynamics and a passion for client service. This role is ideal for someone with a background as an Executive Assistant or experience in a skin clinic setting with an understanding of booking software and appointment scheduling.  Sales experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
