About the Opportunity 

CFP Hydraulics is looking for a highly organised Workshop Administrator / Stores professional to join our team in Singleton.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll be the operational backbone of the workshop coordinating administration, supporting technicians, managing stock, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with the workshop, sales teams and suppliers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

 

Your Tasks

 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the workshop team

  • Manage workshop job documentation, sales orders and invoicing

  • Coordinate purchase orders and supplier follow ups

  • Enter timesheets and support payroll processing

  • Maintain workshop labour allocation and job tracking

  • Assist with quotations and customer communication

  • Receive, inspect and store incoming goods

  • Manage inventory accuracy and stock movements

About You 

  • Experience in workshop administration, stores or operational support

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Confidence using ERP systems and Microsoft Office

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems independently

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or fluid power environments (highly regarded)

A forklift licence or warehouse experience would also be advantageous.
