Receptionist / Customer Service Executive – McCarroll's Ferrari Maserati North Shore Service

How would you like to be the front of house for one of Italy's marquee brands?

As the Receptionist / Customer Service Executive with McCarroll's Ferrari and Maserati Service Centre in Roseville you'll be the first point of contact for two of the world's most luxurious and admired Italian brands. 

You will have the opportunity to meet and work with some fantastic and interesting people. McCarroll's Ferrari Maserati North Shore is part of the highly successful, long standing, McCarroll's Automotive Group.  

As the Receptionist / Customer Service Executive your duties include:

• Answering the main switch

• Ensuring customers are welcomed and greeted

• Gathering information from customers to pass onto service staff

• General administration duties and ordering

• Allocating tolls

• Reporting

• Organising the mail

• Filing and paperwork

The successful applicant will offer the following characteristics:

• Hospitality and customer service background preferred

• Be well presented

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Be self-motivated

• Be professional and enthusiastic

• Have strong attention to detail

• Computer literate

• Great Phone Manner

• Work well in a team environment

• Strong work ethic
