Service Supervisor | Account Manager HVAC

Design & Build have partnered with a well-established HVAC Contractor, specializing mainly in commercial and industrial HVAC projects and service located in the CBD. 
Due to ongoing service contracts they are looking to bring on board an experienced team leader to initially step in as a Supervisor, with the long term view of moving up to an account managers role. 


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to technicians on multiple sites concurrently.
• Coordinate with the service manager to ensure effective scheduling, resource allocation, and work progress.
• Oversee the commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor project performance, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Refrigerant Handling License.
• Senior Service Tech level I.E. 5 - 10 years experience.
• Strong background in HVAC & Refrigeration service, commissioning and install.
• Strong leadership skills, with aspirations of managing commercial and industrial sites.
