We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating processes, and supporting a busy sales team.

 

About the Role

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Schedule test drives and manage customer appointments
• Prepare sales documentation including purchase agreements, invoices, and registration paperwork

 

Customer Experience

• Act as a key point of contact for customers during the purchase process
• Provide updates on vehicle availability, delivery timelines, and finance options
• Resolve customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Delivery Coordination
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and orders
• Coordinate with dealerships and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time
• Track orders and ensure a smooth handover process for customers

 

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare reports on sales activity and customer feedback
• Assist in improving sales processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
