We are seeking an experienced and confident Premium Retail Security Controller to join our team and site in Burwood. You will work to support the wider team and centre operations whilst being supported by strong on-site management and senior leadership, with clear expectations, structure, and opportunities to grow.

The Role

Operating access control and CCTV systems
Managing emergency incidents and alarms
Coordinating responses with rovers and supervisors
Liaising with centre management, tenants and contractors
Maintaining accurate reports and compliance documentation

About You

Previous Control Room experience (retail preferred)
Strong decision-making under pressure
Clear communication and confident stakeholder engagement
Current NSW Security Licence & First Aid
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Well presented, reliable, and calm under pressure
Availability to work 6am - 6pm on 4/3 roster
