About the Client
Our client provides end-to-end fire protection solutions, including system design, installation, maintenance, and emergency response training. They support organisations across commercial, industrial, and high-risk environments to protect people, property, and critical assets.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Fitter Tester to join a well-established fire protection team. This role involves inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in accordance with Australian Standards across a major contracted site and supporting additional service work across the Sydney region.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled testing of fire protection systems including sprinklers, valves, and pump systems
Inspect, test, and perform minor repairs on fire systems
Identify and report faults and equipment issues
Complete service documentation and technical reports using smart device technology
Liaise with customers and maintain a professional service presence onsite
Ensure all work complies with Environmental Health & Safety requirements
Maintain accurate service records in line with Australian Standards
About You
Relevant Sprinkler Fitting trade qualification or licence
Experience working within the fire protection industry
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards for fire systems
Current Driver’s Licence
Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong time management and organisational skills
Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
