About the Client

Our client provides end-to-end fire protection solutions, including system design, installation, maintenance, and emergency response training. They support organisations across commercial, industrial, and high-risk environments to protect people, property, and critical assets.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Fitter Tester to join a well-established fire protection team. This role involves inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in accordance with Australian Standards across a major contracted site and supporting additional service work across the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled testing of fire protection systems including sprinklers, valves, and pump systems

• Inspect, test, and perform minor repairs on fire systems

• Identify and report faults and equipment issues

• Complete service documentation and technical reports using smart device technology

• Liaise with customers and maintain a professional service presence onsite

• Ensure all work complies with Environmental Health & Safety requirements

• Maintain accurate service records in line with Australian Standards

 

About You

• Relevant Sprinkler Fitting trade qualification or licence

• Experience working within the fire protection industry

• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards for fire systems

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
