Maintenance Labourer/Trades Assistant

About the role
Complete Mixer Dynamics Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Labourer/Trades Assistant to assist with concrete mixer maintenance and servicing work carried out on Boral fleet vehicles. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of general labour tasks

2. Operating and maintaining tools, equipment and machinery safely

3. Carrying out physical tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading and transporting materials

4. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

5. Supporting the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

What we're looking for

1. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

2. Good physical fitness to carry out maintenance tasks

3. Commitment to workplace safety and a demonstrated understanding of WHS requirements

4. Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude

5. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the concrete agitator and mixer maintenance industry

6. Welding experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

7. Confined space ticket preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

8. HR license preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
