We are a well-established horticultural company specialising in high-end residential gardens across Sydney, and we’re looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd year Horticultural Apprentice to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys horticulture, takes pride in fine detail, and wants to learn best-practice techniques in premium garden environments.

About the Role

  • Working on high-end residential properties across Sydney

  • Planting, pruning, garden maintenance, and landscape care

  • Learning advanced horticultural and garden management techniques

  • Working alongside experienced horticulturists

  • Full-time position with ongoing work

About You

  • Wanting to start an apprenticeship or Currently a 1st or 2nd year Horticultural Apprentice

  • Passionate about plants, gardens, and outdoor work

  • Reliable, punctual, and well presented

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • White Card and driver’s licence (preferred)
