Washroom Service Technician

Flick Anticimex – Sydney, NSW
Full-Time Position

Flick Anticimex is a global leader in hygiene and pest management services. Due to continued growth in our NSW Hygiene division, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Washroom Service Technician to join our Sydney-based team.

This is a full-time role with comprehensive onsite training provided. No prior experience is required, however previous cleaning or service-based experience will be highly regarded.

About the Role

As a Washroom Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene products across a variety of client sites. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products in both male and female amenities

• Ensure all work is completed in line with Flick Anticimex quality standards

• Identify and report hygiene or service issues and recommend improvements

• Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures

• Follow hazard identification and risk management practices

• Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all client sites

• Use mobile technology to complete service documentation and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current and valid Australian driver’s licence

• Good physical fitness, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift a minimum of 10kg

• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail

• A willingness to learn and commit to ongoing training

• The ability to work flexibly to meet operational requirements

• Confidence using mobile devices and systems

Desirable Experience

• Previous cleaning, hygiene, or service industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
