Battery Fitter & Retail Assistant

Battery World Chatswood require the services of a hands-on Trainee Sales Assistant.

Candidates must hold a valid work visa or equivalent Australian work rights.

This a Full Time role.

Your work will involve Front Counter Sales, Workshop Equipment Repairs plus Road Side fitment of batteries to various Vehicles and Plant Machinery.

A current driver's licence is essential for this position.

Retail Sales Experience in the Automotive field would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role will suit a people person with drive and ambition who loves a challenge and enjoys customer contact and service with a smile.

You will be required to work up to 5 days per week and may be asked to work weekends plus join the on-call roster.

Age is no barrier but you will be required to lift Batteries of various weights.

Employees will be required to lift batteries weighing up to 25kg.
