The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and results-driven Senior Fleet Account Manager to join the Fleet Division of a leading global commercial vehicle importer. Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will manage an established portfolio while driving further growth across Corporate, Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) and Rental sectors.

With an expanding product range and advanced technologies, you will work closely with major fleet customers to deliver tailored commercial vehicle solutions, while strengthening market presence and increasing share across key fleet buyer groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established fleet customer base across assigned territory
  • Drive new business within Corporate, Blue-Chip, SME, FMO and Rental sectors
  • Develop strategic fleet opportunities and increase market share
  • Work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver fleet solutions
  • Present product and whole-of-life solutions to key decision makers
  • Support tender submissions and national fleet agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to national fleet strategy

About You

  • Proven success in Fleet Sales within Commercial Vehicles, Trucking or Transport industry
  • Experience as a Fleet Sales Manager, OEM Fleet Manager or FMO Business Development Manager
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar commercial vehicle fleet role
  • Strong technical understanding of truck applications
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of growing fleet sales revenue
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and organisational capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a passion for the truck industry
  • Heavy Vehicle Licence preferred
