About the Role

Securitas has an exciting opportunity available for a Full-time - Corporate Security Officer with NV1 Clearance 

The Corporate Security Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. You will be a real people person with exceptional customer service and communication skills.

This corporate office has an outstanding and unique culture that is collaborative and supportive with a focus on people & culture.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday Night Shift from 11PM to 7AM Excluding public holidays

Location: Alexandria

 Key Tasks

• Provide a security service in line with the site SOP’s and customer requirements in order to protect the customer’s employees, property and other assets.
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
• Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s).
• Ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment.
• Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always.

Minimum Requirements

• Australian citizens with NV1 Clearance are encouraged to apply.
• Must hold a valid NSW Security License
• Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work independently, self -aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the team
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in a concierge/hosting/customer facing role
• Previous security environment experience and/or security awareness training
